In regards to the customer service that I have received from Trina Boudreau at TrueLine Moving, I am very happy to say that the whole experience working with her was fantastic! Trina is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all, extremely trustworthy! She was able to give me a step by step account on how my move will take place and also listed and explained all the items to look for in a cross country move.

During some areas where I lacked the understanding of the industry and how some things work, Trina was able to explain to me how costs occur and how the service provided is included in my quote. Trina was level headed and polite with her explanation and not once was I made to feel uncomfortable. Very well tempered and mannered!!!

Trina worked hard to get my belongings to their ultimate destination within days; a service that no other company was able to guarantee or deliver. This was a huge relief for me!!!

I would absolutely suggest TrueLine Moving to anyone that is moving.

My wife and I had planned a move from Quebec to Nova Scotia several months in advance. On moving day the company we had selected never showed up. After making several unanswered calls we decided to cut our losses and find an alternative moving company. At this point our confidence was definitely shaken. It was Good Friday at 6 p.m. and we had to move within days. We took a chance and called TrueLine Moving as we already had their name come up in a web search. To our surprise the phone was answered and within just a few short hours we had a confirmation that we'd be taken care of. From that point everything went so fast it's a bit of a blur: We spoke to the dispatcher by Sunday, had a pickup scheduled and executed by Wednesday and our entire house was moved to N.S. Saturday morning. They did an excellent job of wrapping our furniture and itemizing the entire load. From start to finish we were really impressed with the attention and responsiveness from everyone involved. And we even stayed a little under budget! A big thanks to the guys at TrueLine Moving - they were a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job.

Your movers experience in the business was certainly displayed in the way they organized the move and is to be commended. Your company moved my belongings from my condominium to my self storage unit. The moving crew did the move and I thought you should know what a great job they did. They worked very well as a team, making a stressful day easier for me. They were courteous and professional, very careful, worked hard and took few breaks. I could not have been more satisfied. I have scheduled my furnishings to be moved from my storage unit to my new home. If at all possible, I'd like to request that the same team of men are assigned to my next move.
